Keith, AKA "HEAVY", has been in the fitness industry for almost two decades.

	1979 - Heavy Opened his 'first' gym
	1980 - Heavy began Powerlifting competitively
	Dynabody Fitness Gym and Equipment was founded. Heavy began manufacturing and selling commercial gym equipment as well as running his own gym
	1991 - Heavy won the US Nationals Powerlifting Competition
	1992 - Dynabody equipment was sent over to the Middle East to provide distraction to the soldiers of Desert Storm
	1998 - Dynabody goes ‘live’ on the Internet. Grand Opening of a new Dynabody location to better serve customers
	1999 - Dynabody opens up manufacturing in Maryville, TN
	2000 - Dynabody teams up with Robert Yates Racing -
